当店ではマンツーマンで接客をしておりますので、
お客様1人1人にお時間をしっかりと確保してご来店をお待ちしています。
キャンセルを頂いてしまうとお時間がぽっかりと空いてしまいます。
大型サロンさんのような営業スタイルではなく、
お客様にかける質を大事にしています。
大変恐縮ではございますが、キャンセル料を設定させて頂くことにしました。
その代わりに美容室と言う特別なお時間を過ごして貰いたいと思います。

＊ご自身やご家族の体調不良などの理由でキャンセルをされる場合、
お電話にてご相談ください。
＊ですが、縮毛矯正・ブリーチ・その他ロングメニューでご予約のお客様はいかなる理由でも規定通りのキャンセル料をいただきます。

For hair straightening, hair color, and perms, first-time customers are required to have a consultation before booking the service.
After the consultation, we will determine the appropriate service and required time, and then schedule your appointment.
Please note that the consultation and the actual service appointment cannot be booked on the same day.
We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your kind understanding.
Please inform us at least 3 business days in advance if you need to cancel or change your appointment.
Cancellation fees will apply as follows:
